Refund and cancellation policy

What this policy covers

It applies to GymYug software subscriptions paid through our website (Razorpay checkout). It does not apply to personal training packages, gym floor memberships, or other fees a gym charges its members in person or through other systems.

Billing

• You authorize the selected plan amount when you complete checkout.
• Activation happens after we confirm payment (signature verification and/or webhook from the payment provider).
• Taxes, if applicable, are included in the amount shown at checkout or stated separately before you pay.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation by emailing support@gymyug.com from the mobile number or email associated with the gym. Cancellation stops future renewals where a recurring plan is in use; it does not automatically erase historical gym data.

Refunds

• If payment is captured but the subscription cannot be activated because of a fault on our side, we will refund the captured amount or complete activation, at your choice where practical.
• Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges will be refunded after we verify the payment records.
• Change-of-mind refunds after a gym has been provisioned and staff have used the service are not guaranteed. We may offer a pro-rata credit or refund at our discretion within 7 days of first activation for unused service.
• Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay and can take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can help. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to suspension of the gym’s access while the dispute is investigated.
