The service

GymYug provides gym-branded tools for workout management, member engagement, schedules, and operational workflows. Features available to you depend on your gym’s subscription and your assigned role.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be invited or registered by a participating gym to use member or staff features.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and device secure.
• Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

Acceptable use

• Use the app only for lawful gym-related purposes.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other gyms or users without authorization.
• Do not upload harmful, abusive, infringing, or misleading content.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the service, including by reverse engineering or automated scraping.

Health and fitness disclaimer

GymYug is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Workout plans and body metrics are for general fitness purposes. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program.

Content and intellectual property

Your gym may provide branding, programming, and other materials through the app. We retain rights in the software and service. You retain rights in content you upload, and you grant us and your gym a license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service.

Third-party services

The app may link to third-party sites or services (for example, payment pages on our website or external event links). We are not responsible for third-party terms or practices.

Fees and subscriptions

Paid gym-operator plans are sold on our website. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscription features remain available while the gym’s plan is active and in good standing. Member access to a gym’s branded app depends on that gym’s subscription and policies.

Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund Policy.

Suspension and termination

Your gym or we may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if the gym’s subscription ends. You may stop using the app at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date below. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
